I am an RTY-500 yoga teacher and a self-care coach focused on helping women find their way to a more balanced life. Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and personalized coaching, I empower you to prioritize your own well-being.

In addition to my yoga training, I’m a master-level certified coach through Precision Nutrition and a certified Women’s Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong. I’m here to support women through every stage of life, helping them create a wellness journey that works for them.
