With access to The Self-Care Circle and The Balanced Life Collective, you will receive continuous support and connection. Tap into shared experiences, advice, and encouragement from others on a similar wellness journey. 

Online Community Access

This is a structured program where every two weeks, we dive into a new wellness topic—like nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. The primary focus will remain on this topic as you implement small daily practices and track your consistency. After two weeks, we add on with another focus. Think of it as steps leading you towards a strong and balanced life.

A Structured Program

Group coaching calls will be held weekly. You'll be able to ask your questions live, or ask before and have them answered during the meet-up. These are up to 90-minute sessions that will be recorded and sent out for viewing when it's convenient for you!
